Single Tank

Single Tank

2 Layer Tank

Plain Jacket
  • A jacket for temperature control is installed on the outside of the shell.
  • This is the most basic jacket, which adjusts product temperature by transferring heat to the shell using various fluids.
  • Temperature is adjustable.
    (hot/cold water and steam can be used in the jacket)
  • Relatively simple structure
  • Regulatory approval available
Spiral Baffle Jacket Tank
  • The jacket is installed by welding a spiral baffle onto the exterior wall of the shell.
  • The spiral baffle induces turbulence and helps to increase the heat transfer coefficient.
  • Temperature is adjustable.
    (hot/cold water and steam can be used in the jacket)
  • Turbulence is induced by the spiral baffle and helps to increase the heat transfer coefficient.
Two-Stage Jacket Tank
  • Temperature is adjustable individually by dividing the jacket on the outside of the shell into two stages.
  • Temperature is adjustable individually.
    (hot/cold water and steam can be used in the jacket)
  • Spiral baffle can be added.
  • Regulatory approval available
Dimple Jacket Tank
  • It can maintain strength with a relatively thin jacket.
  • It can induce turbulence even at a very low flow velocity.
  • Temperature is adjustable.
    (hot/cold water can be used in the jacket)
  • Strength can be maintained with a thin jacket.

2 Layer Tank With Internal Coil

Internal Coil Tank
  • Temperature is adjustable using the spiral coil inside the shell.
  • Temperature is adjustable.
    (hot/cold water and steam can be used in the jacket)
  • Better heat transfer compared to external jackets
  • Vulnerable to contamination and difficult to clean due to the internal coil
  • Regulatory approval available

3 / 2 Layer Tank

Insulation Cover Tank
  • This reduces heat loss or heat leakage by applying insulation to the outer wall of the shell or jacket. The insulation is encased in a stainless steel cover, and all welds are completely sealed to prevent the insulation from scattering.
  • Various insulation materials can be applied
    (glass wool, mineral wool, cerak/ceramic wool)
  • Reduced heat loss and heat leakage
  • Superior sealing property and more beautiful exterior than STS thin insulation casing
  • Regulatory approval available
