Internal Coil With Insulation Cover Mixing Tank
It can contain products or raw materials and mix them, adjust temperature using a spiral coil inside the shell, and transfer heat to the internal fluid faster than a jacket.
- Stainless steel material can be used (SA240-304 / SA240-316L)

- Pressurization and vacuum are available

U-Bend Type
Heat ExchangerThe tubes are bent into a U-shape, and the tube ends are fixed to the tube sheet.
- Stainless steel material can be used (SA240-304 / SA240-316L)
- Shape and capacity adjustable according to customer’s request
- Usable even with large temperature differences due to free expansion of the U-bent tubes
- More tubes can be arranged than in other types with the same shell diameter
- Tubes can be removed for cleaning. (However, the inside of the U-bend cannot be cleaned completely)
- Applicable when the tube-side fluid is at high temperature and high pressure, or is corrosive
